California Nutrition Center to celebrate Veterans Day on Nov. 11
Wednesday, Nov. 11, the Senior Center will be holding a special program for the Veterans and those who are currently serving in the armed forces.
Activities will start at 10 am after the American Legion holds ceremonies at Centertown and at the Courthouse in California.
There will be tables of memorial items, guest speakers and special singing. If you have items that you would like displayed, please bring them to the center before Nov 10, with your name on them. Leave them at the hostess desk. An area for those currently serving may also be set up. If you can provide pictures, they will be displayed. Come and join in honoring the Vets and those serving their country.
