Pintos lose to Tigers

California faced Versailles Monday in the first round of the Tri-County Conference Baseball Tournament at Eldon, where the Pintos suffered a 9-2 loss to the Tigers.

California will play Osage for the consolation at 2 p.m. Thursday. The championship game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday.
