Fifth graders Present Money to California Kiwanis

The 10 fifth graders who sold the most tickets were selected to present $2,118 to the California Kiwanis Club on behalf of the 98 fifth graders of California Elementary School.


Kiwanis President Larry Kent accepts $2,118 from California fifth graders to assist children of the community. The fifth graders presenting the funds were the top 10 sellers of the tickets. They are, from the least to the most, beginning at the left, Desiree Hoellering, Riley Allen, Kyla Mitchell, Allee Koestner, Maria Lemus, Emily Serna, Sarah McCord, Savanna Qualls, Bobby Bryant and Elizabeth Lutz.


Kiwanis President Larry Kent thanks fifth grader Desiree Hoellering as he accepts a portion of the $2,118 donation to help Kiwanis assist others.
