Jamestown girls
The Jamestown varsity girls basketball team traveled to Higbee Dec. 17, where the Lady Eagles defeated the Lady Tigers 44-40.
"We really struggled to find a rhythm, especially offensively," Jamestown Coach E.H. Hirschvogel said. "But the girls kept scrapping and clawing and eventually got something put together late in the fourth quarter. Any win on the road is a good win, and as tough as Higbee was tonight, we'll take it."
