Charged with Class C Felony Passing Bad Checks is Clayton J. Wood, 85, Eldon.
Wood was charged with passing, to Moniteau County businesses, three no-account checks in the amounts of $52.88, $95.64 and $41.85.
If convicted on these charges, the defendant could face up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine on each count.
