The Moniteau County Commission has announced the closure of Birdhaven Road to through traffic during the construction of a bridge.
The road, north of California, runs southeast from Route N into Cole County. The road is closed at the point it crosses Little Moniteau Creek. The low-water crossing is being replaced with a bridge, with a small amount rerouting of the road.
