Felony bad check charge filed

According to Court documents, Clinton J. Wood, 27, Eldon, has been charged with Class C Felony Passing Bad Check.

Wood was charged with passing, to a Moniteau County business, a no-account check in the amount of $95.96. The incident is alleged to have occurred on Oct. 25.

If convicted on this charge, the defendant could face up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Bond has been set at $325.
