More than two dozen entries were judged in the Antique tractor Show at the Moniteau County Fair Saturday, Aug. 6. The tractors were displayed for judging and viewing east of the Main Arena.

Most of the tractors had been restored with as many original or authentic parts as possible.

The Best Display Tractor trophy was awarded to Richard Spieler for a 1959 430T John Deere with a restored general purpose John Deere wagon. The tractor was originally sold to a local farmer by Spieler who bought it at an estate sale a few years ago and restored it.

The Oldest Running Tractor trophy was awarded to John and Derrick Hill for a 1950 Ford 8N V8. The tractor was acquired four years ago and has been restored.
