Freshman Pintos snag win in overtime

California's freshman boys basketball team traveled to Osage Dec. 12, where the Pintos ended up snagging a 65-58 win in overtime.

"We started off strong and led from the beginning," California Coach Dustin Jeffries said. "We didn't give up the lead the whole night until Osage made their shots at the end and we made some mistakes to allow them to tie up the game in the last second of regulation. Drew Norton scored six points in overtime and our defense held Osage tight to so we could pull away with the win."
