In addition to many other problems caused by last week's blizzard, California utility employees were unable to make their way through the deep snow to read the electric meters and even find many of the water meters. At its regular monthly meeting Monday, Feb. 7, the City of California Board of Aldermen was informed the March utility bills will be based on the same water and electric usage as the February bills.
