California's freshman boys basketball team was on the road Feb. 7 for the final game of the season, where the Pintos scratched the Versailles Tigers 46-34.
California led 11-4 after one quarter and 17-11 at the half. The Pintos outscored Versailles 15-9 in the third quarter to lead 32-20 going into the final frame. An even 14-14 fourth quarter left the win with California.
