Valentine royalty for California Care Center was chosen at the party on Feb. 11.
Although competition was tight among the many contestants, the field was narrowed to three couples. The final selections were judged on answers to several questions, such as the best Valentine gift ever received, the favorite childhood memory and first kiss.
