The Friends of the Finke Theatre hosted 'Dinner With Your Darling' at Dr. Mike and Shelly Lutz' home Sunday, where a total of 43 couples donated $75 to attend the Valentine's celebration fundraiser that included a social hour followed by a lasagna dinner. Guests dined by candlelight in a very romantic setting and were entertained by five California High School students, Bailey Glenn, Grant Burger, Kassi Meisenheimer, Pax Baker and Jessica McKenzie, who have been invited to sing with Distinguished Concerts International April 15 at Lincoln Center in New York. (A total of $300 was collected at the fundraiser to help the students cover the expenses of the trip.) Guests also played 'Name The Love Song,' with Phil Lewis, California, directing the contest on the keyboard. Members of the Friends of the Finke Theatre Fundraising Committee are Dolores Burger, Morris Burger, Kim Drummond, Pam Green, Beth Jungmeyer, Pat McCarty, Mary Oesterly, Sally Vogel, Ramona Hader and co-chairperson Vickie Schroeder.
