The Russellville Engine Show and Frog Leg Festival committee will begin making plans for this year's festival at a meeting Jan. 21, at the Russellville Fire Station, at 7 p.m. Volunteers are always needed. Specifically needed is someone to do the children's area and the opening ceremony. Bring your ideas and help in the planning of this event. Without volunteers this even cannot continue to grow and be successful.
