The Missouri State Young Farmers Convention will be in Columbia at the Courtyard Marriott Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 19 and 20.
To receive the reduced rate, the early registration deadline is Feb. 11.
Some of the featured seminars include: Soil compaction and methods of dealing with it; Beef mineral supplement programs; Climate change and EPA and the air quality issues in ag.
Saturday night will end with a banquet and Master Farmer recognition program.
Sunday's activities will include the Master Farmer Roundtable discussions.
