Siblings Kent, Greg and Connie Bolinger are the owners of Versailles Livestock Auction located at 1201 Sale Barn Road off of Highway 52. Versailles Livestock Auction is an old building with several new additions. Don and Bonnie Bolinger, the siblings' parents, bought the barn over 30 years ago. Bonnie did the books with daughter Vickie Miller while Don handled the business end.

Kent and Greg started at a very young age doing all the things which go along with a sale barn focused on cattle. Bonnie, who did everything by hand with an adding machine and ballpoint pen while also feeding all the children and hired help, is now enjoying a much-deserved retirement.

"The sale barn was our dad's pride and joy," Connie said. "Dad passed away May 4, and is missed by the family and everyone connected with the cattle industry. He did get to see Kent and Greg grow up to completely take over the sale barn and Bolinger Farms."
