Sports physicals for area student athletes who will be participating in school sports during the 2011-2012 school year will be offered at the Moniteau County Health Center, located at 401 S. Francis St., California, through Aug. 22.
Following are dates the physicals will be offered:
• Wednesday, July 20 (today), 1-7 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 3, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Monday, Aug. 22, 3-7 p.m.
Students must bring a physical form that has been signed by their parent or guardian to the appointment. The suggested donation for the physical is $15.
