MagazineElena Jungmeyer wins lap in race car

Elena Jungmeyer, a winner of a Sprint drawing for the Richard Petty Driving Experience, did a lap on the Kansas Speedway in race car number 20 on June 11.
Jungmeyer, a former California resident who now lives in Jefferson City, said she was surprised to have won the event. Although she was looking forward to it, she said, "I was totally unprepared."
Jungmeyer commented that she appeared to be not only the only female participant and, very likely the oldest.
