Bryan W. Wolford, Attorney at Law, is a general practice solo attorney serving his hometown of California. His office is located at 604 South Thomas Street, California. Moving to California in 1987, Wolford said his family moved to the town in 1987, the year he started kindergarten, and the town has been home ever since.

While he was studying as a Criminal Justice major at Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, Wolford took a Criminal Law class he said was taught by a practicing attorney who was the toughest professor in the field of study at the college. While placing at the top of the class, Wolford was summoned to the professor's office and told he might have a future in law. After graduating from CMSU with a Criminal Justice degree, Wolford worked for three years with the Highway Patrol in Jefferson City. Thinking back on the conversation he had with his professor, Wolford went ahead and took LSAT, a test he needed to take before applying to law school. With a decent score on the test Wolford applied to a handful of law schools and chose to go to the University of Missouri, Kansas City, because as he said it was close to home and the cost was reasonable.
