California's Scholar's Bowl season ended with conference play at School of the Osage Saturday, March 5. California won matches against Blair Oaks, Eldon and Warsaw in preliminary rounds, and placed third after losing to School of the Osage in the semifinal game. Team members include Don Figgins, Addison Jobe, Nathan Thibon, Willliam Inglish, John Anderson, Noel Sandoval, Jeremy Jungmeyer, and Dylan Ramey.
"This team has played well all season, winning two games and losing several heart-breakers in the final bonus-round quarter. I am very pleased with the way they have represented California High School and our community, and I look forward to a strong team next year" said Clarice Nelson, Scholar's Team coach.
