Willard Meloy, owner of Meloy Construction, said they started in 1982 after working as a farmer, he wanted a better quality of water tank for farms. He said they pour concrete for livestock water tanks and install them in the ground so they do not freeze. They also do concrete bases for tombstones through Wayne York and make yard ornaments with the concrete left from other jobs.
