The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri appointed David Nivens of Midwest Computech to the board of directors on February 24, 2011.
"We are thrilled to welcome David to The Food Bank board," said Executive Director, Peggy Kirkpatrick. "He brings passion, commitment and expertise and will represent Boone and Moniteau counties well."
Nivens has been a long time supporter of The Food Bank, especially the Buddy Pack program, which provides a weekend supply of food to children who don't have enough to eat at home.
