California Pintos participate in golf match at Boonville The California High School Pinto golf teams participated in a match at Hail Ridge Golf Course, Boonville, Tuesday, March 22, where the varsity Pintos finished in third place with 176. Boonville won the match with 161, followed by Eldon with 163.
Eldon's Dalton Oden was the medalist with 36, while Boonville's Danny Rohrbough was the runner-up with 38.
Leading California was Brent Tuttle with 42 individually. Grant Burger followed with 43; Eric Birdson, 45; Alec Ramsdell, 46; and Weston Hetland, 49.
Boonville won the JV match with 197. California finished in second place with 214. The medalist was Tanner Green, Boonville, with 42.
Curtis Lehman led California's JV with 50, followed by Tyler Elliott with 52; Conner George, 55; and John Wolken, Cody Sanders and Cole George, 57 each.
California's next match will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Oak Hills Golf Course, Jefferson City.
