The California Pintos hosted Blair Oaks for Senior Night May 9 at the California Sports Complex, where both the varsity and JV Pintos lost to the Falcons. The varsity Pintos lost 12-1 in five innings, while California's JV lost 13-0.

"Tonight our pitching was good, but we just needed more offense," California Coach Dwight Fitzwater said regarding the Pintos' varsity loss to the Falcons. "They hit the ball and we didn't. That's the way it goes sometimes."

The Falcons started the game off with a 3-0 lead after one inning. The Pintos added one run in the second inning to trail 3-1. Blair Oaks added two runs in the third inning, four in the fourth and three in the fifth inning while holding California back to secure the win, 12-1, in five innings.
