Charisma Pippin has worked with Pizza Hut for the last five years. Wanting a new challenge, Pippin is now the general manager of the California Pizza Hut. Joe Shockley is the above store leader and has worked for Pizza Hut since 1995.
"Pizza Hut is kind of like another family," Pippin said. "We have our regulars and you get to know them and what they like. If something in their life happens they tell you whether good or bad. So it becomes a family atmosphere."
Shockley said customers should expect good food, good service and a friendly atmosphere. Pippin added she expects the employees to treat the customers like a friend while respecting them and their wishes.
"We have items such as pizzas," Pippin said, "pastas, breadsticks and now Wingstreet. On the Wingstreet menu we have wings, wedge fries and even apple pie."
