Russellville Lady Indians win match against Eugene Lady Eagles

The Russellville High School varsity volleyball team hosted Eugene Sept. 22, where the Lady Indians won the match 19-25, 25-10 and 25-16. Kristi Dulany had four kills, eight assists and five aces and Kaley Payne had nine assists and four aces. Kim Hobbs had five digs and Kennedy Volkart had four kills and three blocks.

"That was the most insane crowd we've had so far this season," Russellville Coach Ashley Karle said. "Obviously we are rivals, but I think that's what makes for the best atmosphere during a match. We lost the first game as we had quite a few errors, but came back and played our game in sets two and three not giving up and pushing towards the win."
