Prairie Home wins consolation at CCAA Tourney

The Prairie Home Lady Panthers hosted the CCAA Softball Tournament Sept. 9-10, where they ultimately won the consolation.

The Lady Panthers faced Otterville in first-round action Friday, where Prairie Home lost 20-4 to the Lady Eagles.

"This was a tough loss," Prairie Home Coach Kris Stodgel said. "We started out pretty well and Jessie Kennedy did her best pitching, but we lost Megan Morton early in a collision at third base and it all seemed to fall apart."
