For over 10 years California C & R Super Market Store Manager David Ratliff has worked for the grocery chain. Going from being a carry out associate to being a meat cutter, assistant manager and produce manager before coming to the California store, Ratliff said it has been the family atmosphere of the company which has made the biggest impact for him.
"C & R are a nice company to work for," Ratliff said. "They give you a family feel where you feel cared about and in turn you care about them and their family tradition."
He added at the store they strive to bring the best customer service possible. They strive to make sure customers are asked how they are doing and if then need anything or need help finding anything.
Products and services they offer include a full line of produce, a full cut meat department, packaged goods, frozen food, dairy and they also have video rental and provide Western Union Money Orders.
