The California Pinto golf teams participated in the five-team Tri-County Conference Golf Tournament Wednesday, April 18, at the Eldon Country Club, where the varsity finished in second place with 355, behind Blair Oaks with 338. Osage and Eldon followed with 396 each, while Warsaw placed fifth with 463.
“Second place isn’t bad, but I did have higher expectations for our boys,” California Coach Doug Miller said. “On a higher note, I’m happy we had three who made All-Conference. Hopefully we’ll get it together ad do well at the district tournament.”
