Senior Citizens' Day Held at 2012 Moniteau County Fair

Over 90 attended the 2012 Moniteau County Fair Senior Citizens' Day held Thursday, Aug. 9, in Centennial Hall. The Fair sponsors the event along with donations from local businesses in the area. Lori Volkart was the chair for the Senior Citizens' Day and helped organize the event. Activities included a lunch with sandwiches, cookies and refreshments, bingo called by Cletus Kueffer and Richard Manning and a magic show by "Kid" Davie. Caitlin Meyer, newly crowned 2012 Miss Moniteau County, helped pass out refreshments and check on bingos.
