Pintos capture Senior Night win against Falcons

The California Pintos hosted Blair Oaks for Senior Night Tuesday, Feb. 21, where they defeated the Falcons 65-51.

Senior Pinto basketball player Connor Volkart and parents Dayla and Scott Volkart were recognized on Senior Night Feb. 21 at CHS.

California led 19-9 after one quarter and 28-24 at the half. The Pintos outscored the Falcons 16-12 in the third quarter and 21-15 in the fourth to take the win.

"This was a good game," California Coach Blair Scanlon said. "It's a great way to finish the regular season with our seniors beating our rival. We had four complete quarters and played really good."
