JV Pintos Defense Leads to Victory

The JV Pintos played the Eldon Mustangs Friday, Feb. 10. Coming into the later part of the season, they still remain undefeated. The final score was 51-28.

The Pintos played the way they have all year. They rely on their defense to get stops, create havoc, and get turnovers.

The JV was playing on a big stage. It was a packed gym at Eldons Courtwarming, but they rose to the occasion and got the win. The Pintos struggled with shooting from the field as they shot and made four out of 12 threes in the game, but the end result was still a win.

Dylan Albertson led all scorers with 12 points and had the most steals with 4. Jerry Lutz had a good night as well with 4 points, and a team leading 6 assists. Anthony Price had solid minutes off of the bench. He had a well balanced game with 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 blocks.
