Groups Cure Hams at Burgers' Smokehouse

FFA and 4-H Groups from all over Missouri came to Burgers' Smokehouse to cure hams Saturday, Jan. 7. The day started before 7 a.m., as students registered, picked out their hams, rolled their hams in, poured and rubbed curing salt before wrapping their hams to cure. Roughly 300 students came through the smokehouse to cure hams.
