Salem Baptist Church, California, held its Vacation Bible School July 20-21. The theme was "Rocky Point Lighthouse: Where Kids Shine God's Light." The church had an enrollment of 21 children at VBS held in the church located at the junction of Highway 87 and Route N north of California. The offering taken went to missions in El Salvador. Children also painted backpacks to give to children in El Salvador. Kelley Crawford was the VBS director.
Salem Baptist Church has Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. with service at 10:30 a.m. For more information, call 573-796-3534.
