Cole County
• U.S. 54 between Old Bass Road and Route CC - Improvements at 12 intersections along 8.5 miles of U.S. 54 to improve safety and traffic flow.
Crews are implementing acceleration and deceleration lanes, offset turn lanes, lighting and other lane modifications at the intersections of Buffalo Road and Heritage Highway. One lane of 54 in each direction will remain open at all times. However, motorists should be prepared for possible delays.
The west entrance to Monticello Road will close for approximately 30 days, beginning Monday. Motorists using that road can access the east entrance during the closure.
The entire corridor is scheduled for completion in the fall.
• Missouri 179 between Route C and Edgewood Drive - Grading, drainage and bridge paving for a new interchange. Periodic lane closures may occur, and motorists are advised to use caution through the area. The entire project is scheduled for completion in the summer.
• Route B between Route W and Lorenzo Greene Drive - Roadway maintenance will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
• Route D bridge over the Moreau River, south of Stringtown Road - Bridge maintenance will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Boone County
• U.S. 63 from just north of Missouri 163 to Route H - Construction of a new diamond interchange and southbound lanes. Motorists should expect periodic lane closures.
The 163 and Route AB crossovers north of the overpass construction will be closed periodically. Motorists will need to use the next available crossover or overpass to the north and south.
Route H is temporarily closed at 63. Traffic is being detoured to Hardwick Lane, located near the 63 roadside park. Route H will remain closed at 63 until the new interchange opens to traffic.
Motorists should be prepared for periodic reductions in speed limits through the work area.
The entire project is scheduled for completion late this year.
Boone and Callaway counties
• Interstate 70 between mile markers 136 and 148 - Asphalt overlay in the westbound lanes will take place Monday through Thursday.
One westbound lane will be open through the work area.
Callaway County
• Missouri 94 bridge over East Wing Creek east of Route C- Bridge replacement continues. The bridge is closed to traffic through early July. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route around the construction. This project is part of the Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program.
• U.S. 54 at Route J - Roadway maintenance in the eastbound lanes will take place Monday. One eastbound lane will be open through the work area.
• Route NN between U.S. 54 and the end of state maintenance - Roadway maintenance will take place Wednesday and Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
• Route PP between Missouri 94 and the Middle River Bridge - Roadway maintenance will take place Monday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Camden County
• U.S. 54 between Missouri 73 and Route D - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Maries and Pulaski counties
• Missouri 28 between Interstate 44 and Missouri 42 - Roadway striping will take place during this upcoming week. One lane will be open to traffic through the work area. This is a moving operation, and motorists should drive with care through the area.
Maries and Phelps counties
• Missouri 68 between U.S. 63 and Matlock Drive - Roadway maintenance will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Miller County
• Missouri 17 bridge over Saline Creek south of Saline Road - Bridge replacement begins Monday. The bridge will be closed to traffic through late August. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route around the construction.
• Missouri 17 bridge over Dog Creek south of Finch Road - Bridge replacement continues. The bridge is closed to traffic through mid-July. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route around the construction. This project is part of the Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program.
• Route MM bridge over J Buster Creek south of Bittle Road - Bridge replacement is scheduled to begin this coming week. The bridge will be closed to traffic through mid-July. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route around the construction. This project is part of the Safe & Sound Bridge Improvement Program.
• Missouri 42 between Missouri 134 and Willow Tree Road - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
• Missouri 52 between U.S. 54 and Missouri 17 - Roadway maintenance will take place on Wednesday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
• Route M between Central Hill Road and the end of state maintenance - Roadway maintenance will take place Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
• Route K between Spruce Drive and the end of state maintenance - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
• Route CC between Missouri 52 and Route OO - Roadway maintenance will take place Monday, June 11, and Tuesday, June 12. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.
Miller and Cole counties

• Route HH bridge over Fork of Bailey's Creek southwest of County Road 263 - Bridge replacement is under way. The bridge is closed to traffic through late June. Phelps County
• U.S. 63 between Interstate 44 and the Maries County line - Roadway resurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall.
Pulaski and Maries counties
• Missouri 133 between Missouri 7 and Missouri 52 - Roadway striping will take place during the upcoming week. One lane will be open to traffic through the work area. This is a moving operation, and motorists should drive with care through the area.
