The seventh annual Russellville Engine Show and Frog Leg Festival was held in Russellville. Many competitions were held along with good entertainment and tons of visiting. Festival planners were very pleased with the crowds and the gorgeous weather for the weekend.
The weekend began Friday evening with the Little Mr. and Miss Russellville Pageant. The 2012 Little Mr. Russellville was Justin Seaver with Little Miss Russellville being Alexandria Gier. The Miss Teen Russellville Pageant followed where Miss Teen Russellville Madison Oliver was crowned.
Early Saturday morning the Boys Scouts were serving breakfast and the first 5K Run/Walk was held. Taking first place male honors was Zack Bryant with first place female honors going to Sara Koestner.
The parade was one of the largest in Russellville history. Ninety overall entries joined in the parade.
