The annual California High School Pinto Golf Banquet was held May 17 at the home of Phillip and Susan Burger, California, where Pinto golfers, coaches, family and friends gathered to reflect on the 2012 season.
Following a carry-in meal, CHS Head Golf Coach Doug Miller talked about the varsity and JV golf teams and recognized each of the Pintos for their personal achievements throughout the season.
"Our varsity finished 7-6 and our JV finished 10-2," Miller said. "Both teams had a good season, but most of all, all 10 of these guys got along and were really fun to coach. They all got to work, with no drama. The younger guys had a good group of seniors to learn from."
