California Pinto football players were sent off to Semifinals in style Friday afternoon. In a chartered bus the team, loaded at the California High School, Maryville bound. The route out of town included a drive by the middle and elementary schools where young Pinto fans held signs and chanted with excitement as the bus full of players and coaches drove past.

The Pintos will play Maryville at 1:30, Saturday, Nov. 17. If they are successful they will play for the state championship Friday, Nov. 23 at 1 p.m. at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis.
