Columbus Day is Monday
Columbus Day is Monday, Oct. 8. Although not a major holiday, there are some closings on that day.
Missouri State offices are closed, as are Moniteau County offices including the Courthouse. All local bank facilities — Central Bank, Commerce Bank, Hawthorn Bank and People's Bank of Moniteau County — are closed on Monday. The lobby and drive-through service are both closed at all California banks.
The City of California will be open for business as usual.
