Infraction and Misdemeanor Cases Dispensed

Harry L. Harris, Sedalia, plea of guilty to pursing, taking, killed, possessed or disposed of wildlife illegally for having possession of more fish than allowed, fine $18.50 plus costs.

Shane Vernon Nicks, Owensville, plea of guilty to amended charge of speeding 1-5 mph over speed limit, fine $341.50 plus costs.

Roberto Lucas Oropeza, Russellville, plea of guilty to three misdemeanor charges: driving while intoxicated - alcohol; possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana; unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to nine days in jail on each charge.

Donald Eugene Robbins, Russellville, plea of guilty to misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, fine $81.50 plus costs.

Eric L. Steckleberg, Prairie Village, Kan., plea of guilty to amended charge of speeding 1-5 mph over speed limit, fine $221.50 plus costs.

Allen Lynn Wilkerson, Tipton, plea of guilty to misdemeanor driving while revoked/suspended, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
