Route 87 in Moniteau County to Close for Repair

Weather permitting, contractors working for the City of California are scheduled to replace a cross pipe under Route 87 at Third Street on Wednesday, Oct. 24. Work will begin at approximately 7 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m.

Route 87 will be closed to all traffic, and motorists are advised to find alternate routes around the area. The contractor will have various types of traffic control in place to ensure safety. MoDOT encourages motorists to buckle up, slow down and drive safely through the area.
