Sevilla Geraldine "Geri" Storm, age 82, of Spring Hill, Kan., passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in Olathe, Kan.

She was born on February 24, 1930 in California, Mo., to her parents, Oscar Ziebold and Katherine Crawford.

Geri married Russell Storm in August of 1951 and had two children. She attended Warrensburg State College to become a rural school teacher. She later provided nursing care to the elderly and then devoted years to caring for daycare children. She enjoyed her Bible studies, leisure reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Geri will be remembered by her children, Febe Krummel and Rodney Storm. She is survived by grandchildren Angela Buzard, Adam Krummel, Ronessa Gunnerson, Theresa Borntreger, Mike Witt and Donnie Witt as well as 11 great-grandchildren.

Geri was remembered in an outside ceremony on Saturday, September 22, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Olathe, Kan.

Jack Dean Toler, 80, of Clarksburg, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at his residence.

He was born on November 27, 1931, at Clarksburg, the son of George and Velma (Winebrenner) Toler, both of whom preceded him in death. He was married on April 12, 1953 in Clarksburg to Patricia "Patty" Joan Leonard, who also preceded him in death on March 30, 2009.

He was a 1949 graduate of Clarksburg High School, and attended the MU Veterinary School. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Jack worked as a civil engineer with District 5 Plans and Designs for MoDOT from 1953-1991. He also farmed for many years, and was co-owner of Jack's Municipal Sales and Services, Inc. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, the California Masonic Lodge #183, Ararat Shrine in Kansas City, Mo., the Hickman Cemetery Board for many years, and Jefferson City Eagles Club. He enjoyed flying and held his pilot's license for many years.

He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Knipp and husband Jeff of Tipton, Mo., and Brenda Edwards and husband Archie, also of Tipton; five grandchildren, Eric Edwards and wife Krissie, Kit Edwards and wife Jessica, Tanner Edwards, Cole Knipp and wife Amy, and Jordyn Knipp; four great-grandchildren, Dylan, Rylan, Ryker and Kylan Edwards.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, Mo. Burial was in Hickman Cemetery. Officiating was Mr. Jack Bowlin.
