California wins match against Fatima

The California High School boys' golf teams hosted Fatima Monday at the California Country Club, where the Pintos won the varsity match with 184. Fatima finished with 203.

Co-medalists were California's Kade McAdams and Fatima's Conner Muenks with 42 each.

Other individual results for California are as follows: Tyler Elliott and John Wolken, 47 each; Curtis Lehman, 48; and Chase Ramsdell, 53.

California's JV was led by Conner George with 45. Damon Shaw followed with 46, and Cole George shot a 48.

"We finally had decent weather," California Coach Doug Miller said. "And our scores are getting better."

California will host Blair Oaks at 4 p.m. Monday, April 8, at the California Country Club.
