Amy Masterson crowned 2013 Miss Moniteau County Queen
The 2013 Miss Moniteau County Queen contest was held Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the main arena of the Moniteau County Fairgrounds, California, where 2012 Miss Moniteau County Queen Caitlin Meyer passed her title and crown on to Amy Masterson, daughter of Edward and Janlenna Masterson, Clarksburg, above.
