"Overall, I'm really proud of how the girls are playing together and working hard," California Coach Bryan Lawson said. "We're rebounding well and making our free throws, something we will need to do well in our upcoming games against Blair Oaks and Southern Boone in order to come away with wins."

The Lady Pintos will play Southern Boone at Ashland Thursday, beginning with the seventh grade game at 4:30 p.m., and the eighth grade game to follow.
