The case originally set for trial Dec. 2 in Moniteau County Court against Travis R. Smith has been reset to begin June 2, 2014.
The California man was arraigned on felony sex charges filed on Sept. 28, 2012, according to information in Court documents.
A total of three charges have been filed in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred in 1998, 1999 and 2005.
The defendant is free on a total bond of $100,000.
