The California Historic District (CHD) Wreath Decorating Contest was held for the Christmas season.
There were 50 wreath kits given away at Oak Street Fabrics, 401 South Oak Street.
The wreaths have been judged by customers at local California businesses. First place went to Kerri Jenkins and second place to Naomi Birch. Wreaths may be picked up at Oak Street Fabrics and More.
Appreciation is expressed to all who entered and all who voted during the contest.
