April 2 General Municipal election Information

Absentee ballots for the April 2 General Municipal Election are available for voting beginning Tuesday, Feb. 19, and will continue through Monday, April 1, in the office of the County Clerk. Absentee voting is for voters who are confined to their homes due to an illness or physical disability or for voters who will be absent from the County on Election Day. Voters may cast their ballot in person at the office of the County Clerk during normal business hours 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Absentee voting may also be done on Saturday, March 30, in person at the office of the County Clerk from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

Voters who need the ballot mailed to them must file a written request with the County Clerk's office no later than Wednesday, March 27. All requests for an absentee ballot must state the reason for voting absentee, the voter's registration address and the address for where the ballot shall be mailed.

Voter Registration deadline for the April 2 election is Wednesday, March 6.
