Russellville homecoming dress up

RUSSELLVILLE — Students at Cole County R-1 high school enjoyed a week of dressing up to show school pride during Homecoming Week, Feb. 4-8.

Monday was Ugly Sweater Day, Tuesday Superhero Day, Wednesday Duck Dynasty Day, Thursday Hollywood Day and Friday Blue and White Day.

Each grade level competed in Homecoming Olympics activities, including a trivia contest, a class chant, student versus faculty basketball, sheet-decorating contest and a class float.

A pep assembly ended the week with additional activities, such as pass the orange, dance and freeze, an obstacle course, tug-of-war, firesuit switch relay and pin the feather on the Indian candidate game. Photos submitted
