The California Post Office will be closed Thursday, July 4, for Independence Day, with no mail delivery or retail services. Also closed on July 4 will be other U.S. Government offices, as well as state offices, the Moniteau County Courthouse and other county offices and city offices.
Additional closings are the offices of the California Democrat and area banks: Central Bank, Commerce Bank, Hawthorn Bank and People's Bank.
All will open for regular business on Friday, July 5.
